Club Information:	The annual "Zonta Day at the Races" was a big success with more than 70 attendees, a lavish buffet lunch, and an amazing raffle that generated more than $1,000 in ticket sales. The guest speaker for our June 5th meeting will be the Honorable Gloria Rhynes, Alameda County Superior Court Judge, who will speak about women and the future. This special program is designed to introduce young professional women to Zonta and our club's activities in advancing the education, health, and economic status of women in the East Bay.

Club Information:	Meetings take place at the Ethel McLeod Hart Center in Marshall Park at 27th and J Street in Sacramento, not far from Sutter's Fort. Each month we are pleased to meet with a local high school student designated as a Zonta Girl. At the end of the school year, club members sponsor a picnic and award scholarship money to the Zonta Girl of the Year.
