Delegates and first-timers are encouraged to attend an orientation session online before conference or in-person on Friday, October 17 at 8:15 am.

Delegates and Proxies
Voting members at conference are delegates sent by the clubs. Each club is entitled to at least one delegate and alternate. Clubs with no members attending conference may be represented by proxy. Full details are in the forms below. Click to download.
